چکیده
The characterization and selection of molecular markers are important for genetic pre-breeding programs since they make it possible to choose the most appropriate be used in future research. Therefore, enabling generation subsidies genetic-molecular studies algabora (Prosopis juliflora (Sw.) DC). amplification profile was characterized. It generated from 17 pairs RGA primers (Resistance Gene Analogs) 20 samples genomic DNA P. extracted specimens collected city Itapetinga, Bahia. amplifications were performed according previously published laboratory routines profiles analyzed photodocumentation electrophoresis results 2% agarose gels. Based on primer classified as: Suitable: whole with easy visualization; Reasonable: parts and/or difficult visualize or Inadequate: absence visible products. Descriptive analyzes associated number markers, percentage polymorphism, expected heterozygosity (He) content polymorphic information (PIC) also performed. In a nutshell, 12 out products visualization only two these monomorphic. polymorphism varied 60% 100%, He PIC presented an average 0.21 (ranging 0 0.38) 0.17 0.29), respectively. confirm that present adequate characteristics juliflora, making prioritize primers, which subject improvement studies.
